Citrine is the yellow to orange crystalline variety of quartz. It is considered to be one of November's birthstones. Are you addicted to the orangish yellow colour? Then, you can have a look at the jewellery below!

Some general gemmological information about citrine is that is has a hardness of 7 at Moh's scale and it should be treated with care on everyday pieces of jewellery. Moreover, it is extremely common as a gemstone and it can be found in Brazil, Sri Lanka, Russia and other localities. Some of the citrines found in the market come from the heat treatment of amethyst (=the purple crystalline variety of quartz).
